☃️Celebrate the holidays with festive & dazzling light displays. The Flagstaff community is welcoming cars and trucks to get decked out with their happiest, merriest & cheeriest displays!
🌟We welcome entries from the Flagstaff Community, local organizations (student groups, scouting organizations, non-profits, etc.) and local businesses. Light displays may represent winter and/or any winter holiday. We encourage representation from many cultures and winter holidays.
📌 Registration Deadline: Monday, December 1st.
Display Information and Guidelines
- Holiday Light Displays can be set up in a car, truck, trailer, pop-tent, etc.

- Light displays may represent winter and/or any winter holiday
- We encourage representation from many cultures and winter holidays
- Each display will be provided a space the size of two parking spaces
- small, medium and large spaces available for request
- Participants are welcome to and encouraged to hand out items, play games, or make their display interactive.
- Electric Needs:
- Power will be provided upon request
- Participants must provide extension cords within their display and to reach a power source
- The power source may be up to 20 feet away
- If you have the ability to provide a generator or otherwise provide power, it is appreciated
Flagstaff Academy Teachers and Staff
- Registration is free
- Grade level/teams are highly encouraged
- PTO will provide support to offset the cost of the displays
- Information about this is being distributed directly to teachers and staff
Flagstaff Academy Families and Community
- Registration is free
- Family and non-profit displays only
- Student organizations, scouting troops, athletic teams, etc.
Business Owners
- $50 registration fee; pay via Donorbox
- Sponsors are welcome to advertise the business in their display
- They will also be promoted on event communications
- PTO website, emails and social media
- They will also be promoted on event communications
- Proceeds go to offset the cost of the event
- including helping Flagstaff Academy teachers and staff to purchase materials for their displays
