2025 Booth Display List
Display Information and Guidelines
- Holiday Light Displays can be set up in a car, truck, trailer, pop-tent, etc.
- View past examples here
- Light displays may represent winter and/or any winter holiday
- We encourage representation from many cultures and winter holidays
- Each display will be provided a space the size of two parking spaces
- small, medium and large spaces available for request
- Participants are welcome to and encouraged to hand out items, play games, or make their display interactive.
- Electric Needs:
- Power will be provided upon request
- Participants must provide extension cords within their display and to reach a power source
- The power source may be up to 20 feet away
- If you have the ability to provide a generator or otherwise provide power, it is appreciated
Volunteer Opportunities
We’d love your help making this magical evening run smoothly!
Sign up for any shift that works for you:
- 4:00–6:00 PM – Help teachers set up and assist with traffic flow
- 6:00–6:45 PM – Hand out Winter Lights bags (Shift 1)
- 6:45–7:30 PM – Hand out Winter Lights bags (Shift 2)
- 7:30–8:30 PM – Clean-up crew
Previous Displays
Parking for the Event
The Flagstaff parking lots will be shut down for this event.
The West Parking lot will be closed following driveline, approximately 4:00pm. Students can still get picked up from various after school activities & dragon flight– you will need to park across the street at the Front Range lot, or on the street and walk to get students.
