Our amazing Hospitality Team takes care to celebrate our teachers & staff each month. We want to show our appreciation to the staff at our school who work so hard to help our students succeed!  Check out our support events so far!

Hospitality in Action

October Conference Dinners

The PTO Hospitality Committee will be providing teachers/staff dinner on Wednesday Oct 8th & Thursday Oct 9th during fall parent teacher conferences. Dessert and beverages will be donated by Flagstaff families and will be given to the front office staff prior to dinner each night.  Dinner will be provided in the large conference room from 5-6:30.

Every Meal Counts — Donate Today

$12–$14 provides one meal, but any amount above that makes a big difference for our whole staff.

We are also looking for parents to help set up these dinners and clean up afterwards. Please sign up for a time slot via the volunteer portal.

Fall Conference Surprise for Support Staff

The PTO Hospitality committee will be surprising the support staff (those not participating in conference dinners) with a sweet treat to acknowledge and thank them for all the hard work leading up to parent teacher conferences.

Harvest Table

The PTO Hospitality Committee will be hosting a special event for Flagstaff teachers/staff called the Fall ‘Harvest’ Table. For this event we gather donated produce from local farms to give to our teachers. We provide them with recipes that incorporate the produce we have gathered and have a bunch of fall themed treats for them to enjoy while ‘shopping’ for fresh produce.

Holiday Cookie Exchange

The PTO is inviting all staff members to a Holiday Treat Exchange on Dec 12th. Bring a batch of your favorite holiday treats to share, and take home a mix of everyone else’s creations. Sweet or savory, homemade or store-bought—everything is welcome!

January Surprise – Hot Chocolate Station

A surprise will be set up for the staff! Details will be given to a select group to keep the surprise intact!

Our Hospitality Team- Supporting Staff All Year Long!

The Hospitality Team goes above and beyond to care for our incredible teachers and staff throughout the year! Partnering with our Dragon Wellness Committee, Dragon Dash surprise initiatives like our Hydration Station—complete with custom water bottles, hydration tips, fresh fruit, and sweet treats—we’re always finding creative ways to show appreciation. It’s our way of saying thank you for everything you do to make our school a vibrant, caring community!
